The Big Banquet is now on its fifth year of gathering the country’s topnotch caterers in a one-day event of food and festivities. Divided into a two-time period, lunch and dinner, the event lets its attendees have a taste of the food-appetizer, main dish, signature dish, dessert and drinks from 11 of the country’s top caterers. With the customers voting for their top choices, each caterer promises to deliver only the best of the best.
